I thought I’d start my 2024 out looking back at the ten best posts of 2023. It gives me an idea of idea of what you guys liked and what you came to my blog looking for.

This simple self-care regimen has been life-changing for me. I know I’m healthier because I rid my body of years of aluminum toxins from my deodorant and now I’m using natural deodorants – and they work because I took the time to clear my system first. It is holding steady at number five again.
