I got a few things at Wal-mart yesterday that I generally don’t have coupons on but they were a still a good deal.
Ground Beef 73/27 – $1.25 for a 1 pound roll (not my favorite way to buy ground beef but for $1.25, I’ll take it!)
Loaf of White Bread – 75c – this was an interesting buy. The bread was on an end cap in the middle of grocery (instead of up front with the bread) in very plain packaging – no name brand on it or anything. It simply rang up as “value bread” but at 75c it’s a great deal!
Bananas – 39c/lb – if you’ve been to Aldi recently, you know that this is Aldi’s price! And I’ve heard that Wal-Mart will have bananas at this price until the holiday season is over.
Value Box of Parent’s Choice Diapers – $18 – I told you about these in this post a couple weeks ago. My Wal-Mart still had two whole end caps of these left.
Halloween Apparel – 50c to $1 Children’s and Babies Halloween apparel is marked down to 50c, Adults is $1. My store didn’t have a lot left…

Carter’s PJs – $5 – I got these for Gavin to start our “new PJs on Christmas Eve” tradition! :)
Healthtex Pants – $2 He now officially has these pants in two sizes (12m and 18m), two colors (khaki & navy blue) and two different styles! Two pair he received as a gift at his birthday party. The other 3 pairs I paid between $2 & $5 for (regularly priced at $8)
Carter’s Romper – $1 I was able to get a size 3-6m shorts romper for a baby shower gift for only $1! I love off season clearance!
