Fa-lalala-laaaaa FALL is HERE! September 22, 2026, signals the first day of fall!*
(*offer not available in the southern states where it’s still 90 degrees)
It must be a sign of the times we are in, but a lot of the food freebies and deals we are used to on special days just haven’t been there. Most of these are food deals that just happen to be going on, and not specifically first day of fall deals. But alas, it is what is. I hope you find something to enjoy!
Dunkin’ Donuts
On September 22, Dunkin’ is dropping a promo code for 1 million free coffees. The code is expected around 12 PM ET through Dunkin’s social media, and it’s first-come, first-served.
Also on September 22, customers who purchase a hot or iced coffee at participating Dunkin’ locations can get a limited-edition Dunkin’ x L.L.Bean sweater cup sleeve, while supplies last.
Hardee’s
Hardee’s is running a month-long 66th birthday/National Biscuit Month promotion. The September 22–30 offer is a $3 Super Bacon Biscuit.
Sonic
$1.49 4-piece Mozzarella Sticks when ordered online or in the Sonic app on 9/22. And don’t forget, it’s always Happy Hour in the app with half price drinks all day!
Sonny’s BBQ
Sonny’s Rewards members can get free Pork Egg Rolls with an entrée purchase September 21–27.
