Keurig has been ordered to settle in a case where their claims of “recyclable K-cups” were false or misleading. If you purchased K Cups between June 8, 2016 and August 8, 2022, you may qualify for a settlement payment of up to $36!
If you have no proof of purchase you can fill out the claim form and receive $5.
But, if you purchased your K-cups recently and still have your store receipt OR if you purchased them online, like say, with Amazon Subscribe & Save, you can provide proof and get up to $36!
You’ll need to submit proof of purchase with your claim form which is easy to find in your order history if you’ve ordered online. You’ll get $3.50 per 100 K-Cups purchased if you have proof of purchase. In my order history I found proof of purchase for 648 K-Cups.
All claims have to be submitted by January 9, 2023.
