Teacher Appreciation Week is traditionally the first FULL week in May, Teacher Appreciation DAY is the Tuesday of that week. Tuesday, May 3rd, 2022. If you are a teacher, here are the places you can feel appreciated this week:

Buffalo Wild Wings
Teachers get 20% off orders at participating sports bars between May 2nd and May 6th for dine-in or takeout when they show a valid teacher ID.

Nurses and teachers, from 5/4-5/11, get a FREE McAlister’s Tea. Must show valid educator or nurse ID to receive free 32 oz tea. Offer not valid on flavored shots or other beverages. Sonic
Teachers are eligible for a free cheeseburger with a purchase when they enroll in the SONIC Teachers’ Circle through the SONIC app.
Whatburger
Whataburger will give educators free breakfast beginning Monday. The offer is good from 5 a.m. to 9 a.m. through Friday, May 6. Educators have the choice of a free Taquito with Cheese, Biscuit Sandwich or Breakfast on a Bun. All you have to do is show your teacher school ID.
Zaxby’s
Zaxby’s is offering ‘Buy One, Get One’ boneless wings meals for teachers and nurses all day long on May 3 only, while supplies last. Each meal features five boneless wings tossed in one of nine different sauces. It comes with Texas Toast, crinkle fries and Ranch sauce.

Take part in the B&N Educators program to receive 20% off the publisher’s list price on all purchases for the classroom and 10% off of cafe purchases.
Also, on Tuesday, May 3rd, for National Teacher Appreciation Day, Barnes & Noble Cafés across the country will give teachers a free tall cup of hot or iced coffee or tea when they show their valid teacher’s ID.
Costco
Teachers can join Costco as a new member and receive a $20 Costco Shop Card. This offer, which does not note an ending date, is through SheerID, which verifies eligibility. Learn more on the SheerID Costco page.
Dollar General
Dollar General is giving teachers 5% off for the month of May. To get this discount through May 31, teachers need to sign in or create a Dollar General account and verify their teacher credentials. Then they’ll need to add the “exclusive teacher-only DG digital coupon” through the retailer’s app.
The coupon will appear 24 to 48 hours after verification and to redeem teachers can enter their phone number at checkout.
