Netflix prices are going up for the THIRD TIME in three years.
We became a streaming-only household YEARS ago before it was cool. (Back when Netflix was the ONLY way to stream and still offered DVD rentals!) We cut the cord (cable) because prices kept going up and up and up.
Flash forward a decade and the prices are going up and up and up on everything including Netflix, again! (You may recall, they just did this in January 2019 and again in October 2020.)
- $8.99 Basic Service is going up to $9.99
- $13.99 Standard HD Service is going up to $15.49
- $17.99 Premium UHD Service is going up to $19.99
So if you have Premium UHD but think you could live with just Standard HD, you could go down one package and actually save some money. And if you have Standard HD but think you could live without HD in your life, you can go down to Basic to save some money also. And we’re all about saving money around here!
This change is effective immediately for new subscribers. Current subscribers will pay the new price when they renew.
