So apparently, Godiva claimed that their chocolate is made in Belgium and it is not. You can’t make false claims like that about your products so Godiva has agreed to a settlement.
If you have purchased at least ONE qualifying Godiva Chocolate Product between January 31, 2015 and October 26, 2021, you may be entitled to get back up to a $15 check ($1.25 per product) from the Ferrara Candy Settlement! Complete the short form by February 23rd to submit your claim.
No proof of purchase is necessary (up to 12 product claims, $15) to obtain settlement benefits, but it is against the law to fill out the form if you do not qualify. So, please, no filling out false claims.
