Well, for me, it looked like this last year —
My son wanted this $200 LEGO Ideas Pirates of Barracuda Bay Pirate Shipwreck. It was not part of anyone’s Black Friday or Cyber Monday ads AND it’s LEGO so it was excluded from ALL Target Circle offers.
So I resigned myself to paying $200 for it ($220 after tax) until I came across the gift card deal! I purchased $220 worth of gift cards for $198 then I turned around and used the gift cards to pay for the set – the $220 gift card covered the cost (tax included) but I only paid $198!
