Virtual waiting room opens at 9:30 a.m. Central Standard Time and sale starts at 10:00 a.m. Central Standard Time. You will want to join the virtual waiting room before 10:00 a.m. Central Standard Time to be assigned a random spot in line once the sale starts. The only way to shop the sale is by joining our virtual waiting room. When your turn is approaching, you will be given access to shop the sale.

Is there a limit to how many items I can purchase at the promotional price?
This sale is limited to 2 promotional furry friends per transaction. However, you can still purchase additional regularly priced items in the same transaction. After you have checked out once, you can access the waiting room again for another chance to access the promotion.
