What’s better on a cold winter morning that building a snowman out of hot, flaky cinnamon rolls?  Yeah, I couldn’t think of anything better either.  Taking a hint from our Christmas Tree Cinnamon Rolls, we decided to try Snowman Cinnamon Rolls!

No, I don’t make cinnamon rolls from scratch.  You’re going to be amazed at how easy these really are!

Easy Snowman Cinnamon Rolls

You start with a can of these:

Yep, just good ol’ Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls – make sure you get the Butter Cream Frosting Flaky Cinnamon Rolls (yellow band around the can).  This is important! There are kinds that don’t fluff up right and you’ll have a disaster.   Just ask our Pumpkin-shaped Cinnamon Rolls.

Arrange them on a pan like so (spraying the pan with cooking spray first really helps):

I used all 8 cinnamon rolls.  The bottom circle is 3 cinnamon rolls.  The middle circle is 2 and the top circle is one.  I cut one to make his hat and the last to make his arms.  I spaced them just slightly because they will puff up.

Bake per the directions on the can.

You will need the cream cheese from the can so DON’T eat any of it.  Ok, so maybe just a taste while the rolls are baking…

He will (hopefully) come out looking a bit like this.

Ice him with the cream cheese frosting and round up some chocolate chips for his features!

He was really almost too cute to eat!  I didn’t want to cut him apart!!
