Chick-fil-A Cow Appreciation Day Easy Costume Ideas and Tips

Need costume ideas for Cow Appreciation Day at Chick-fil-a?

Well, we’ve done a few of these days so I can give you some ideas that can be easily thrown together so you, too, can have free chicken on Cow Appreciation Day!

My favorite, easy thing to do is, is to take a white garbage bag and cut head and arm holes then add spots.  I used to tape them one but drawing them with black permanent marker works better!

Look how easy this works for cute little cows:

A baseball cap is nice to have too.  I cut out a white “nose” and taped it to the top.  And he had cow ears taped to the hat too.  He was against wearing anything tied or stuck to his face so the hat was a lifesaver.
A couple years ago we made these cow masks out of a paper plate, two popsicle sticks and some construction paper.

Also, one year, Chick-fil-a had printable costume pieces and I download the ‘Eat Mor Chikin’ signs and put string on them and have saved them for each year – good thing too because I can’t find the printable anymore.  But making your own sign to wear just requires a piece of paper, a black marker and some string.

I’ve saved our masks each year since we made them also. Making cow day costumes super easy!  Just grab our pieces and go!

A white shirt with spots cut out of black construction paper is an easy go-to.  But a black shirt with white spots will work too.  They’re not too picky.  :)

It doesn’t take a lot of effort to get free chicken.  Just a little creativity and a smile!  My pleasure!
