I couldn’t find this exact packaging at Walmart the closest I could find is 24 MEGA rolls that equal 96 regular rolls (versus the 36 family rolls that equal 112 regular rolls). Walmart’s price is $21.22. Amazon’s price is over $3.00 (or more if you have 5 S&S items) cheaper for MORE bath tissue than Walmart!
