As I was out and about this weekend, I noticed stores advertising limited hours for the 4th of July. So let’s check out what’s going to be open or closed or closing early on Independence Day 2016:
Aldi – 7am to 4pm (limited hours)
Bass Pro Shops – OPEN
Costco – closed
CVS – 9am to 7pm (24 hour stores will remain open)
Dollar General – OPEN
Dollar Tree – OPEN
Family Dollar – OPEN
Fred’s Super Dollar – OPEN
Kmart – OPEN
Publix – OPEN
Rite Aid – OPEN
Target – 8 am to 10 pm
Walmart – OPEN
Walgreens – 8 or 9am openings and 9 or 10pm closings (24 hour stores will remain open)
Winn-Dixie – OPEN (store hours may be limited)
Most restaurants will not be affected by the holiday.
Obviously, as with any federal Holiday, banks, post offices and government offices will be closed.
