Munchkin Latch pacifiers sold at Walmart, Target, Babies”R”Us and other retailers are being recalled. They were also sold at baby boutiques, discount stores, on Amazon.com and Munchkin.com from March 2014 to March 2016 for $11 to $15. The clip cover can separate and and pose a choking hazard.
