Get up to $3.99 back on one 4pk or four single drinks. Rebate form is valid through 10/15/13. BUT you should print it now in case they take it off the site before then. Then you’ll have plenty of time to shop for the item!
Also, you can check Coupons.com for a Frusion smoothie coupon! These coupons tend to be elusive, but check under zip code 85254 and there should be a coupon for $1 off! Just click on “local” and you can change the zip code then go back to “coupons” and search in the beverage category.
