Always Check the Amazon Price Before You Buy + Assassin’s Creed 3 Deal

I got an email letting me know that Best Buy is running a sale this week on two video games. Hubs is a gamer, so I watch video game deals.

This week at Best Buy: $20 Price Drop on Assassin’s Creed III and Army of TWO: The Devil’s Cartel Overkill Edition, Now $39.99 each + free shipping

And I thought that was a pretty good deal but I decided to check and see what Amazon was offering.  Because, well, you have to believe that Amazon knows who is having a sale on what so they can offer the most competitive pricing.

And here is what I found:

Assassin’s Creed III for all platforms is regularly $39.99 + free shipping!  And currently, they are on sale for these prices:

Assassin’s Creed III PS3 $38.21

Assassin’s Creed III XBOX360 $37.60

Assassin’s Creed III PC $24.00 (save 40%!!)

Assassins Creed III Liberation for PSVita $29.99 (save $10!)

So, Best Buy would like you to think you’re saving big by shopping their sale but the moral of the story is….

ALWAYS CHECK AMAZON’S PRICES FIRST!

I also checked out Army of TWO: The Devil’s Cartel Overkill Edition and found that it is cheaper on Amazon also!
