Monday’s Money Saving Recipe: One Dish Italian Chicken, Potatoes and Beans

I made this last night and it gets Hubs’ seal of approval for taste and mine for ease!  I’ve never in my life made a complete meal as easily as this one was!

Ingredients:

Chicken Breasts or Tenderloins (I used the bagged frozen kind)
Canned Green Beans
Red or New Potatoes
Italian Dressing

Directions:

Arrange chicken, beans and potatoes in a casserole dish like in the picture.  I shook a little salt and pepper over everything and just a smidge of garlic powder over the potatoes.

Pour Italian dressing over everything.  I used about half a bottle.

Cover with foil and bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Enjoy!

Everything had such a good taste and  the chicken was so tender and flavorful – it was amazing!

  1. This sounds great for those evenings that I would rather be working in the yard than cooking dinner! Put it all together and go back outside. Sounds delicious, I will be trying this very soon! :)
