This handsome fella is the reason I get to celebrate and be celebrated today! And this Mother’s Day I get to celebrate at the beach! I can’t think of a better place to be today!

So sorry for the loss of your mom way too soon in your lives. My mother-in-law knew your mother, and when she saw you the other night, she said you look just like her. Thanks again for being such an awesome teacher for my baby and I hope you have a wonder summer.
Thanks Mindy! Just curious, how did they know each other? And yes, I get told all the time that I look (and act, talk, walk and teach) just like her. :D
I think she went to church with her. She went to Moody Baptist for a while. I just remember her being really sad when she was dying and talking about how sweet she was and how sad the whole situation was. My mother-in-law’s mom died when Patsy was 13 and her sister was 2 of cancer. She gets really upset about women dying young of cancer.
