When you purchase ANY Lysol product and get your flu shot you can get $5 back. Receipts for both purchases must be made between 10/1/11 and 2/29/12. (Seperate receipts on seperate dates are acceptable but you must send originals.)
Since a good rebater always keeps their receipts for 90 days, all I have to do is go back through my receipts to where I purchase a hot deal on Lysol on sale with a coupon (as long as it was after 10/1) and send it in with my receipt from my flu shot!
