Publix Coupon Policy

I live in Alabama and our Publix stores double coupons up to 50c and on the BOGO deals, each item rings up half price so if you just want one item, you still get the sale price. Also, my local stores accept competitor coupons from Winn-Dixie and Target. These matchups reflect those policies.
