I don’t see a start date on this so check your past receipts to see if you’ve already made the qualifying purchases. Requests must be postmarked by 9/30/11. It also says “receipt” and not “receipts” indicating that all three items might need to be purchased together.
CVS just had a Benadryl/Cortaid deal last week if you bought it you could be eligible for this!
