PediaSure has released a rebate on a 6 pack of PediaSure or a 4 pack of PediaSure SideKicks.
There is a $3 printable coupon here or a $2 coupon in the 12/5 SS or a $5 off 2 in the 11/7 SS.
Limit 1 rebate per household. Maximum value not to exceed $13.99. Valud 1/23/11 – 3/6/11. You cannot submit for the rebate if you receive reimbursement for this product from government programs or private insurers.
Here is some fuzzy language in the fine print: Minimum purchase requirement of $6.47 to be valid. Cash, check or credit card must be used in the transaction.
Which I can only assume means that if it is on sale for less than $6.47 or your coupon makes it less than $6.47 (maybe?) then you can’t submit. And the “cash, check or credit card” could mean that you can’ pay with gift cards, ECBs, RR, etc.
