Rebate of the Day – $25 Giftcard wyb 2 Prilosec OTC

I don’t normally post a rebate on Saturdays, but this one is going to go NICELY with a sale at CVS this week!  Details on that coming in a minute!  Here’s the rebate first:

Receive a $25 MasterCard gift card when you buy TWO 42ct Prilosec OTC products in a single transaction between 12/26/10 and 2/15/11

MAIL BY MARCH 1, 2011:
• Original cash register receipt dated between 12/26/10 and 2/15/11, with the retailer’s name, the date, and the purchase price of each product circled
• The TWO UPC symbols cut from the label of each product purchased TOGETHER WITH
this completed original Redemption Form in a properly stamped envelope

All Rebate Submissions (i.e., completed original Request Form, original cash register receipt, and UPC symbols) must be postmarked no later than 3/1/11.
