Get a rebate on Kellogg’s FiberPlus Antioxidents cereal. You can submit one rebate PER FLAVOR! It appears you have to request them separately (separate receipts, separate forms, and separate envelopes.)
To receive a Rebate Check, complete and mail this form with the following:
1. Original Cash Register Receipt dated between 7/12/10 and 11/30/11
(up to $4.49 value) with price circled. Photocopies are not accepted.
2 1 UPC symbol from Kellogg’s FiberPlus™ cereal. One request per flavor of specially marked product per name, address or household.
3. Request must be postmarked by 11/30/11 and received by 12/10/11.
There is a $1/2 coupon in the 11/28 Parade. Since you have to submit the rebates separately you can’t do the rebate on both boxes. However, this rebate doesn’t end until 11/30/11 so you have plenty of time to wait on good coupons!
