My local Walgreens had a HUGE section of Hallmark gift wrap, gift bags, tissue paper and bows marked down to $1. Most of it was birthday themed, I saw a few papers that could’ve been for baby showers or wedding gifts.
I got two rolls of cute blue and green birthday paper for my son’s upcoming second birthday!
