Go here and sign up at the Wellness Daily website. After you sign up, you will be able to log into your account and go to “Coupons & Offers” (it was on the bottom right side of the homepage) and print your rebate offer for $5 on a Jeanni-O product.
You must print the form as soon as you sign up because after 25,000 prints, it’s finished!
You have until May 31st to buy your product and submit the rebate but don’t wait about printing the form!!
