All stores and restaurants are open on Christmas Eve. Some have extended hours and some are closing early. There are a few things open (some with very limited hours) on Christmas Day.

Aldi: Christmas Eve – Close at 6 pm. Christmas Day – Closed
Bass Pro Shops: closes at 6pm. Be sure to make your reservations for Santa before he flies back to the North Pole!
Costco: Christmas Eve – Close at 5 pm. Christmas Day – Closed
CVS: Christmas Eve – most locations OPEN regular hours (until 10pm). Christmas Day – 10am to 8pm
Denny’s: OPEN 24/7
Dollar General: Christmas Eve – Close at 10 pm. Christmas Day – Closed
Dollar Tree: Christmas Eve – until 7:00PM (most locations – could vary)
IHOP: OPEN hours vary (24 hours locations will remain open 24 hours), including Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
Publix: Christmas Eve – 8:00AM to 7:00PM. Publix is closed on Christmas Day.
Sam’s Club: Christmas Eve until 6:00PM. Christmas Day – closed.
Waffle House: always open
Walgreens: Christmas Eve – most locations OPEN regular hours (until 10pm). Christmas Day – 9am to 6pm
Walmart: Walmart stores will CLOSE AT 6PM (local time) on Christmas Eve 2024. They will remain closed all Christmas Day. Stores reopeon on December 26th at 6:00 am (local time)
Winn-Dixie: Christmas Eve – closes at 9pm. Christmas Day – closed.
