Veteran’s Day 2022 Freebies and Discounts

Thank you, Veterans!  Here’s where you can go for discounts and freebies on Veteran’s Day, November 11, 2022.  I will update it when I find more!

As with anything, these deals are subject to participation.  All locations should be participating but you could run up on one that is not.  Calling ahead is recommended.

Veteran’s Day is still a week away so I’ll add more when I come across them – but some are already active so I didn’t want you missing out!

Restaurants:

Applebee’s

All Veterans and active-duty military can enjoy a free meal from a special menu at Applebee’s on November 11. Choose from a Classic Bacon Cheeseburger, Chicken Tender Platter, Fiesta Lime Chicken, Oriental Chicken Salad, Sirloin, Double Crunch Chicken or Three Cheese Chicken Penne. This offer is valid for dine-in only at participating restaurants.

Dickey’s

On Nov. 11, Dickey’s is giving away a FREE Pulled Pork Sandwich* to veterans who use the code VETFREE. Veterans can redeem the offer in-store for carryout and online for pickup all day at their nearest Dickey’s.

Dunkin’ Donuts

Free donut for Veteran’s and active military at Dunkin’ on 11/11.  I didn’t get a picture of the sign but I saw it in the drive thru.

Golden Corral

Golden Corral is celebrating Military Appreciation Night on Monday, November 14, from 5pm – close at ALL locations. FREE Thank You dinner (buffet and beverage) for all active-duty military personnel, retirees, and veterans of the U.S. Military. Logan’s Roadhouse

On Veterans Day, Logan’s is inviting active and retired service members to enjoy a free meal off its special Veterans Day menu from 3-6 p.m. The menu includes Bayou Shrimp, Chicken Tenders, Chopped Steak, Pork Chop, Pulled Pork Plate, and Steak Tips, as well as side options including Chips, Cole Slaw, Corn, Fries, Green Beans, Mashed Potatoes and Rice.

PJ’s Coffee

On Veteran’s Day, PJ’s is offering a Free 12oz hot coffee or cold brew iced coffee for Veterans and Active-DutyMilitary.

Red Mango Frozen Yogurt

On Veteran’s Day, Red Mango is offering $2 off any item!\

Schlotzsky’s

On Veteran’s Day (11/11) through 11/30, Schlotzsky’s will offer free chips and a small drink with an entree purchase to veterans and active-duty service members with a valid military ID.

Offer valid at participating locations, in store only, from 11/11/22-11/30/22. One free small drink and chips with purchase of entree (sandwich, salad, pizza, flatbread, calzone, or pick 2) per military ID per transaction. Not valid with any other offer or reward. No valid in app or online.

Starbucks

Veterans, active military service members, and military spouses get a free tall Hot Brewed or Iced Coffee on November 11.

Retail:

ADIDAS

ADIDAS always offers a heroes a 30% discount.

Dollar General

Dollar General is offering all Veterans and Active Military (National Guard & reserve included) and their immediate family members 20% off – valid Thursday 11/10 to Sunday 11/13.

You will need to have a DG Account, verify your status and add the offer as a Digital Coupon that can be used in store or online.

Good Year Auto Detail and Just Tires

The nationwide ‘Car Care Checks for Vets’ promotion runs from Nov. 10-14 and includes free tire, brake and battery checks, plus, an additional 10% off tires and services. For those who are unable to get their car in by Nov. 14, qualifying guests are able to schedule an appointment by Nov. 14 and still take advantage of this deal through Nov. 17.  

Home Depot

The 10% military discount is available everyday for active duty and retirees, but not all veterans. On major military holidays, including Memorial Day, Veterans Day, and 4th of July the offer is extended to ALL veterans.

Kohl’s

Kohl’s is offering 30% off to Veteran’s and Active Military through November 13th!

This one is valid IN STORE ONLINE (not available online) and you’ll need to print or show this savings pass along with your military ID.
