National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day Deals – August 4, 2021

This is another day I can fully support!  August 4, 2022, is National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day!    I was really disappointed in the number of deals I found for today (I’m looking at YOU, Great American Cookie Company!) …BUT it’s easy enough to whip up a delicious batch of chocolate chip cookies at home…SO I guess we will be staying in and making our own cookies!

Here’s what I did find for National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day:

Chick-fil-A

I would run to the Facebook, Twitter or Instagram account of your local Chick-fil-A and see if they have posted anything about National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day.  I have seen a sprinkling of deals from various ones.  Just know that this is going to be HIGHLY regional!  There are literally thousands of Chick-fil-a locations and my searching came up with less than a dozen that have already posted about it.

Even without a deal, it’s worth it to go by CFA for a chocolate chip cookie.  Chick-fil-a has the best chocolate chip cookies as far as I’m concerned!

Doubletree Hotel

Doubletree by Hilton is famous for handing a warmed-up chocolate chip cookie to each guest that checks into one of its hotels (which is something I’ve only just learned – did you know that?).  But on National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day, they’re offering them to everyone. Just walk into any DoubleTree in the U.S. and you can grab a free cookie—with or without a reservation.  (I was unable to confirm this for 2022….)

 

 

Great American Cookie Company

I’ve been waiting for an announcement from them.  It seems like they’d be the first to jump on this day!  I’ll update if I hear anything.

Insomnia Cookies

Get a free warm Chocolate Chunk, Vegan Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip or Vegan Chocolate Chunk cookies with any in-store purchase or order for local delivery from August 4 through August 7

Nestle Toll House Cafes

Celebrate National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day on August 4 with a buy one, get one free dozen deal from Nestle Toll House Cafe!  Buy one dozen cookies and get another dozen for free, for both in-store and online orders.

PDQ

On Thursday, August 4, PDQ guests can receive a free chocolate chunk cookie with online orders with a $15 or more purchase using code COOKIE through PDQ’s website or MyPDQ app.

Potbelly

On Thursday, Potbelly Perks members can get any cookie free with the purchase of an entree (any sandwich, whole salad, or bowl of soup).

Publix

If you need groceries today, let the kids go to the bakery counter at Publix where they can get a FREE cookie!  Chocolate chip is always a choice!

Target

Target’s bakery counter gives free cookies to kids also!
