This is a super lazy hack and I have no shame. I despise scrubbing pans – brownie pans not excluded.
December 8th is National Brownie Day and it seemed like the best day to share this hack with you.
Never scrub a brownie pan again!
I line my brownie pans with foil before baking.
Line the pan, making sure to tuck it in all the corners and that it goes up over the sides. Spray with cooking spray and add your mix. Bake as normal and remove from over and let cool.
Once it’s cool enough to touch, you can lift them straight out of the pan for slicing and serving!
Bonus points is you have a way to wrap and save leftovers built right in!
