How to Turn Any Brownie Mix Into Peanut Butter Swirl Brownies!

I don’t know that there is any flavor pairing better than chocolate and peanut butter.

If you have a box of chocolate brownie mix sitting around but you’re really craving some peanut butter with that chocolate, I’ll tell you how to turn any box of chocolate brownies into peanut butter swirl brownies!

What you need (in addition to your box of brownie mix and the ingredients it calls for):

• 1 Cup creamy peanut butter
• 1/4 Cup powdered sugar

Prepare your brownie mix per box instructions and place in your pan.  Then:

• Microwave peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl for 30 seconds.
• Add powdered sugar and whisk until smooth.
• Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls onto brownie batter in pan.  Swirl gently with the tip of a knife.

Bake brownies per box directions adding 2-3 minutes to the baking time.

I line my pan with aluminum foil and spray it with cooking spray before I add my brownie batter.  When they come out of the oven and have cooled you can cut them out of the pan or lift them out by the foil to put on a serving platter.  And your pan IS CLEAN!  No stuck on brownie.  No scrubbing.  Just put it away for next time!
