I got a packet in the mail yesterday that said it was from the U.S. Census Bureau which was weird because I completed our census online back in April. But just to be sure, I decided to open it to see what it was all about.
Turns out it’s a voluntary survey sent out via the census bureau for the Department of Health and Human Services. It’s a children’s health survey. Because it’s voluntary but they want you to complete it, there’s a $5 thank you included in the packet! And to think, I might have thrown it away!
Now, I’m not really interested in giving the government health information about my child, so I threw it away after I rescued the $5 bill out of it.
So be sure to open anything that comes from the Census Bureau!
