Dollar General: NO $5 off $25 purchase COUPON for 3/28 (AGAIN)

 There appears to be NO $5 off coupon from 3/28!  (AGAIN!)  I don’t really understand Dollar General’s reasoning behind taking this coupon away from us during this time.  People still need to shop.
