Attention Parents! If you have purchased at least ONE Tylenol Infant Product between October 3, 2014 and January 6, 2020, you may be entitled to get back up to a $15.05 check from the Tylenol Infant Settlement.
This is not a recall and there was nothing wrong with the product between those dates. The class action stems from the fact that the infant formula was exactly the same as the children’s formula. They just packaged it in different packaging, called it “infants”, and charged more for it. They duped people into paying more by acting like it was specially formulated for infants. Infuriating, isn’t it?
No proof of purchase is necessary to obtain settlement benefits, but do not fill it out if you never purchased these products between the applicable dates. It is against the law to fill out the form if you do not qualify. If you regularly purchased Infant Tylenol for your kids and you know they were infants between October 2014 and January 2020, it’s pretty easy to figure out that you qualify.
You can claim up to seven products without proof of purchase ($2.15 per product). If you have Proof of Purchase you can claim for as many as you have proof for. You can opt for PayPal or Amazon gift card instead of check if you prefer.
Complete the form by April 13th to submit your claim.
