Don’t forget about the GiveBackBox program and get those boxes sent to Goodwill full of good stuff you don’t need anymore!
I did almost all my Christmas shopping online this year. You know what that means, right? My garage is FULL of Amazon boxes (…and Kohl’s… and … Target … and, well, you get the point)
Well, Amazon and Goodwill have come up with a solution to help me get rid of those boxes AND some of this other stuff cluttering up my house that I don’t need anymore!
Simply empty your Amazon (or any cardboard) shipping box, fill it with unwanted items you’d like to donate, and then print a free shipping label at GiveBackBox. Drop it off at a nearby post office or schedule a UPS pickup. Your donation will be sent to the nearest Goodwill location. It’s that easy!
Give Back Box® provides vendor services to retailers and charities, giving each and every cardboard box a second life to help people in need. So it is also a ‘green’ solution! Reuse your online shipping boxes in which you received your purchases, or any other cardboard box you may have, to donate your unwanted household items: such as gently used clothing, shoes etc., to make a major difference in the life of another person.
There isn’t even anything to “sign up for” unless you want a tax deductible receipt. If you don’t want a receipt, you just put in your zip code and email address and they give you a label to print!
