Good gracious, I take a day off and come home to find a deal I posted ended abruptly. Sorry for not being able to give you advanced notice. Walmart’s car seat trade in that I posted about a couple days ago was supposed to go through September 30th. Looks like that decided to end early.
I realize it’s their decision to end it 9 days early if they want but it doesn’t change the fact that I find it tacky for business to offer something and then pull it when they get “too much response”.
I hope you were able to trade in a seat if you had one!
WALMART is having a car seat trade-in event that is happening NOW through September 30th.
Walmart and TerraCycle are joining forces to launch the nation’s largest car seat recycling event in nearly 4,000 Walmart stores across the country. TerraCycle will be recycling every component of the traded-in car seats.
Car seats (any brand, even expired) can be traded in for a $30 gift card. Limit 2 per household. Booster seats are not eligible.
