National Iced Tea is a national day I can get behind! Especially when it happens in the heat of the summer! It happens shortly after National Doughnut Day, so don’t miss it because of the doughnut hype!
Monday, June 10, 2019, is National Iced Tea Day. It’s such a popular day, it even has it’s own website. Some sources even declare the entire month of June as National Iced Tea MONTH!
Everyone seems to be cutting it a little close with the deal announcements as a quick search didn’t bring up much. In the past, Dunkin’ Donuts, Bojangles, Starbucks, and others have offered some deal or freebie.
As soon as I find more, I will update this post! Here’s what I know so far:

Lipton
Lipton has announced a Par-TEA on it’s Facebook page for Monday, June 10th but that is all I know at the moment.
McAlister’s Deli:
McAlister’s Deli never confines itself to one day for iced tea specials. McAlister’s Deli “Tea Town Showdown” is going on from June 1st to July 18th. It is a friendly competition to determine which town truly loves its sweet tea the most. From June 1-July 18, fans are invited to vote for their town (local restaurant) to be crowned the “Tea Town Showdown” champions by purchasing tea (every tea purchased is a vote) or vote online once per day at www.mcalistersdeli.com/freeteaday. Want to try a new menu item, but not sure which one to choose? Stop in your local McAlister’s during the “Tea Town Showdown” to sample some of the latest menu favorites for free. Also, check outFree Tumbler Day on July 1st. To quench guests’ thirst, McAlister’s will give away its coveted 32 oz. reusable tea tumbler to the first 20 guests in line at participating restaurant locations. The collectable tumblers, which come in the same iconic size as glasses, are also available for purchase starting at $9.99 with 99-cent refills for the life of the cup. Then on July 18th is when McAlister’s celebrates Free Tea Day. To wrap up the celebration, anyone who visits their local McAlister’s Deli on Free Tea Day will receive a complimentary 32 oz. McAlister’s Deli tea. No purchase is necessary and refills are free too! Guests can choose between sweetened or unsweetened black tea and those who prefer to order on-the-go can add a tea to their app or online order for free.
