Anyone who bought any Health-Ade Kombucha beverages between March 6, 2014 and May 24, 2019 could be due a payment from a class action settlement. No proof of purchase is required* and the deadline for signing up for this settlement is 8/27/2019. Claim up to $40 payment without proof of purchase and up to $80 if you have proof of purchase.
These have been on sale at Publix and had Ibotta offers available several times in the last six months or so. I’ve bought the Pink Lady Apple flavor several times! Apparently, the class action is because of misleading claims on the packaging. Health-Ade is not claiming wrongdoing but has offered funds to settle the class action. You can be compensated up to $4 per bottle that you purchased.
