I placed my first pickup order yesterday evening, and this morning I was notified of a substitution which I declined. Nevertheless, I was charged for the item, so I refused the entire order. Although I spoke with the assistant store manager on duty, my order still has not been canceled, and a debit remains against my account. Fortunately, I am a retired lawyer, so I will get my money back.]]></description>
