St. Patrick’s Day 2019 falls on a Sunday so some specials have already started and some are spanning the weekend!

Arby’s – now serving their Mint Chocolate Shake to celebrate the season
Bennigan’s – To celebrate their founding in 1976, they have a $19.76 Irish themed special for the season. Get one appetizer, one dessert and two entrees for $19.76. For the complete menu see the Bennigan’s Promotions page.
Brugger’s Bagels – Green bagels have been a tradition at Bruegger’s for more than two decades, and this year, they’ll be available March 15 to 17 at participating locations. Pre-ordering is available now and is highly recommended, as green bagels tend to sell out every year. Also on Bruegger’s site is an offer for $2 off the Big Bagel Bundle (13 bagels, which can be made green). The coupon is redeemable March 15 to 17.
Cracker Barrel – Want an authentic Irish meal? Cracker Barrel is serving Corned Beef and Cabbage March 11-17, 2019. The dish features hand-sliced corned beef with boiled cabbage, sweet whole baby carrots, and red potatoes, served with Spicy Brown Mustard. Comes with homemade Buttermilk Biscuits or Corn Muffins. Dairy Queen – Through Sunday, March 17, buy one Blizzard and get a second one for 99 cents at participating locations.
Dunkin’ Donuts – Throughout March, get medium iced coffee for $2 from 2 to 6 p.m. at participating locations. They also have Irish Creme coffees and Mint Brownie Donuts for a limited time.

McDonald’s – The iconic green “Shamrock Shake” is back for the year until March 24. Not all locations off it so use the Shamrock Shake Finder on the McDonald’s mobile app to track down a participating one near you.
Sonic – Waiting to see what their offer is. It’s been $.50 corn dogs, half price cheeseburgers and half price shakes in years past. They have not announced yet.

And why do you get pinched if you aren’t wearing green? That’s another American invention during the first celebration in Boston. They thought if you wore green, it made you invisible to the naughty Leprechauns who apparently run around pinching everyone they see that isn’t wearing green!
