March 31st is National Crayon Day!
I may be a grown-up, but I love the smell, look and feel of a brand new box of crayons! It’s a box of beautiful potential!
Did you know? Crayola brand crayons were the first kids’ crayons ever made and debuted in 1903. The crayons were sold for a nickel and the colors were black, brown, blue, red, purple, orange, yellow, and green.
How do you plan to spend National Crayon Day? Do something fun and crafty with the kids! Here are a couple ideas to jumpstart your creativity:
You could make your own Crayon Hearts or Crayon-whatever-shape-you-have!
