JCPenney: $10/$10 and $20/$20 in store coupon giveaway (8/19 only!)

Whoa!  Have you heard??  JCPenney is giving out $10 off $10 purchase coupons (and possibly $20 off $20) in stores on 8/19! Coupons will be given out while supplies last!

Last time they did a giveaway like this, coupons ran out EARLY!
