Remember the $5 minimum purchase requirement is before the Cartwheels savings come off!  Meaning you purchase your $5 in fresh bakery items, the Target coupon takes off $1 and then the Cartwheel savings are deducted!  That could come out to some cheap fresh food! Plus, if your Publix takes Target coupons you can print it and use it there. Mine doesn’t take Target coupons any more. :(
