I too had the same problem.

I called walmart on phone; spoke to walmart&#039;s credit card department.
I was told twice that they issue it in 1-2 billing cycles. 
Then I asked to get in contact with credit rep&#039;s manager.
After mentioning policies are violated, I got a response saying a credit will be issued in 24-48 hours.
