As part of our “Kids in the Kitchen” Summer Cooking Camp, we were sent some products from EZPZMixes to try out! The appeal of EZPZ to me was the functional, kid-sized cooking products. EZPZ provides REAL kitchen tools that are easy for kids to use!

We made our EZPZ Cookies ‘n Cream cake at the end of our week long cooking camp. Bug did so well in the kitchen all week and EZPZ is SO easy to use that I was completely comfortable letting him do it all himself! I merely observed (and took pictures) from the other side of the counter. (I think the picture in the top left corner below finally has all the supplies in one picture. It’s hard trying to round everything up to photograph it when someone is so excited and keeps running off with the tools!)
EZPZ mixes has easy to follow directions that my almost second grader was able to read on his own. Mix, pour and bake! While our cake cooled, we mixed our frosting. Bug frosted the layers, stacked them up and garnished with cookies and cookie crumbs!
He was nice enough to share his cake with me and it was quite good! This is way better than baking under a light bulb in an easy bake oven!! The great thing about EZPZ is you can go to their website anytime and buy more mixes to bake more goodies!
