Here’s a recall you need to pay attention too! Air Bag Recall October 2014
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has issued a consumer advisory for vehicles containing airbags made by Takata. Impacted vehicles may contain airbags with an inflator that could produce excessive internal pressure and rupture, causing injury to occupants. Areas with high temperatures and humidity are especially susceptible, such as Florida, Puerto Rico, Guam, Saipan, American Samoa, Virgin Islands and Hawaii.
Vehicle manufacturers Toyota, Honda, Mazda, BMW, Nissan, and General Motors will issue recall notices to vehicle owners, if you believe your vehicle may be impacted by this, or any other recall, check www.safercar.gov/vinlookup using your vehicle identification number or contact a dealership in your area.
