Check out Getting Started at Walgreens if you’ve never shopped there before.  Here are some shopping scenarios to keep your OOP down and your RR high.  Scenario Totals do not include tax.

Use (2) $1/1 BIC Stationary Item from 8/4 SS
Use $1.00 RR from before
Pay $2.00 OOP and get 1000 BRP back ($1).

Total OOP is $7.90.  With 1000 BRP left it’s like paying $6.90 for 7 items.  Not too bad considering you’re getting large packs of toilet paper too!
