Which Store Do You Think Has The Worst Customer Service

If I asked you what store has the worst customer service what would be your first answer?  Did you say Walmart?  That’s the first on my list!

And apparently everyone else’s too.  According to the American Customer Satisfaction Index, here are the top nine places to get bad customer service:

9. Walgreens
8. TJX Companies (T.J. Maxx, Marshalls and HomeGoods)
7. The Gap
6. Supervalu (Save-A-Lot, Albertsons, Jewel-Osco and Shop ‘N Save)
5. Sears
4. CVS
3. Safeway
2. Netflix
1. Walmart

What do you think?  Did they get it right?  I have to say, I use Netflix like a baker uses flour and I have no complaints but I’ve never had to deal with their customer service.  And on my list, CVS wouldn’t be there and Walgreens would be right behind Walmart.
