When it was first announced that Dollar Tree would be accepting coupons, I saw a comment on Dollar Tree’s Facebook page by a fan who said, “Why would you want to use coupons at Dollar Tree? Everything’s just $1.00!” I don’t know if that person just didn’t think their comment through or if they are really just that naive, but here’s why *I* want to use coupons at Dollar Tree:
Dial Basic Bars 3ct or Gold Bars 2ct
$0.35/1 Dial Bars from 8/19 RP (x9/8/12)

(used a $0.55 off coupon that’s no longer available)
=$0.45
Betty Crocker Fruit Roll Ups 4ct
$0.75/2 Betty Crocker Fruit Snacks from 8/5/12 GM (x9/29/12)

Hefty Slider Bags 6 to 13ct
$0.55/1 Hefty Slider Bags printable or printable

Final cost for 11 items (that would normally be $11 at Dollar Tree) = $6.20
That’s almost $5 in savings. I don’t know about you, but I like saving $5!
