I got my quesadilla making skills from my mom.   I have to give her credit for putting them in the oven.  She came up with the idea because making them one at a time in the skillet irritated her.  She wanted to be able to make them all at one time.  :)]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[I&#039;ve made mine on the stovetop, but have had the probably of the cheese burning when it oozes out of the tortillas. I&#039;ve never thought of putting it in the oven!
